Jenny would like to race in the supersport class and then the British superbike championship.
Jenny has worked her way up to the British 125gp class, through club racing and the MRO national championship with minimal sponsorship, relying mostly on her determination and her desire to make it despite the odds. She has had good results on the way with some wins and consistent top three placings, but now she is competing in the British 125gp Championship, a hugely competitive class, sponsorship is necessary in order to be able compete against factory backed and well funded teams.
In 2004 Jenny spent a mere £8,000 on her racing compared to teams who spend upward of £20,000. She raced a 5 year old bike with an out-dated engine and old ignition system; used second hand tyres and parts to keep going. Despite these odds Jenny led a British 125 Championship race, becoming the first ever female to do so and also became the first female to have scored points when she finished 10th at Mallory Park two rounds later. So imagine what would be possible if she had the funding of the top teams.
